This site collects no personal information. There is no account, no form, no newsletter and no email field anywhere on it.

What stays in your browser

The calculator saves your inputs — income, down payment, rate, county and selected towns — in your browser’s local storage so the page remembers them on your next visit. That data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to us. Clearing your browser data erases it.

What we do not do

• We do not collect your name, email address, phone number or financial details.
• We do not sell or share data with lenders, brokers or data brokers.
• We do not operate a mailing list.

Third parties

Fonts. Typefaces load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of serving the request.

Advertising. This site currently displays no ads and sets no advertising cookies. If that changes, this page will be updated before any ad code is deployed.

Hosting logs

Our host keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses and user agents, for security and abuse prevention. We do not analyse them for tracking.
