This site collects no personal information. There is no account, no form, no newsletter and no email field anywhere on it.

What stays in your browser

The calculator saves your inputs — income, down payment, rate, county and selected towns — in your browser’s local storage so the page remembers them on your next visit. That data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to us. Clearing your browser data erases it.

What we do not do

• We do not collect your name, email address, phone number or financial details.
• We do not sell or share data with lenders, brokers or data brokers.
• We do not operate a mailing list.

Third parties

Fonts. Typefaces load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of serving the request.

Advertising. This site displays ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalised advertising through Google Ads Settings, or manage broader choices at aboutads.info and Your Online Choices. For details on how Google uses data from sites that use its services, see Google’s policy.

If you are in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, a consent notice appears before any advertising cookie is set, and you can change or withdraw that choice at any time.

Your rights. Under GDPR and CCPA you may request access to or deletion of personal data held about you. Because we hold none, such a request will be answered by confirming that no records exist. Ad vendors hold their own data; use their opt-out links above.

Hosting logs

Our host keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses and user agents, for security and abuse prevention. We do not analyse them for tracking.
